Nobody Is Talking About This...How This Busy Dad Makes $2200/mo In True Passive Income Using AI
Ian was working 50 hour weeks and didn’t have the time or money to invest in real estate.

Today, Ian owns a small portfolio of digital real estate (content websites) that make him $2,200/mo USD while he sleeps, while he’s at his day job, or hanging out with his kids.
What’s most fascinating is one of the websites, that he bought for $14k, earns him $1,700/mo passively even though he hasn’t done any renovation to it.
